Culina+Connect: Booth Setup

The maximum stand area is 8 m2 (2 m x 4 m).
The stand will be completely finished and delivered by 8 PM on September 17.
Stand dismantling: Must be completed by 9 AM on September 20. The dismantling will be entirely conducted by our company.
Companies will be informed about possible date and time changes.
Each stand area will be provided with one table, two chairs, and one power strip for electricity.
Any additional equipment required for the stand (TV, carpet, extra lighting, etc.) must be reported by September 2, 2024.
Companies with sponsorship agreements are responsible for the production and delivery of their own materials such as flags and/or banners. All materials sent must be labeled with the total number of boxes, the company name, and the name of the congress. All materials arriving at the congress center will be placed in the storage areas allocated to your company.
Companies are obligated to submit their catalog information and stand header texts to Ekspotürk by no later than September 1, 2024.
Products/samples to be displayed must arrive at the fair site by no later than September 8, 2024.
The company must notify Ekspotürk of the names of the officials assigned to the stand area by September 2, 2024.

Promoting the company or products outside of the stand area or commercial panels is prohibited.
It is mandatory to have a promotional officer at your stand during the hours it is open.
Visual equipment can be used for promotion within the stand area. However, the sound levels must not affect other stands and must not disrupt the flow and order of the general stand area.
Security within the congress center is only responsible for the security of the congress center itself. Ekspotürk and the congress center are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft related to your stand area and materials.
It is forbidden to hang, stick, or nail anything on the walls of the general areas of the congress center. Any damage to the facility’s materials will be paid by the company after it is assessed.
All company representatives can enter the premises one hour before the stand areas open. All stand personnel and company representatives must wear name badges. No company representative or stand personnel without a badge will be allowed to enter. Congress participants will not be able to enter the stand areas before the opening hours.
